writeNfoIfMissing(entry): Promise<boolean>

Writes the .nfo of a library entry next to its comic unless one is already there (whatever it holds, it is never overwritten). Returns whether a file was created; any failure (read-only folder, file gone) is reported as false: a sidecar never makes a resynchronization fail.
