cropToCover(source, rect): Promise<Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>>

Draws rect of source into a COVER_OUTPUT_WIDTH × COVER_OUTPUT_HEIGHT canvas and encodes it as WebP. Rejects when the canvas or the encoding is unavailable.
