Function: moveFile()

moveFile(from, to): Promise<void>

Defined in: src/main/services/library-organizer.ts:240

Moves a file, creating the destination's folder. Refuses to overwrite an existing destination. A move to another drive (EXDEV, which rename can't do) copies then deletes the original; if the original can't be deleted (a file in use on Windows), the copy is deleted and the move fails, so the file is never left in two places.
