Largest file read whole into memory to be opened (1 GiB): a CBR and a PDF are held in memory while the book is open, up to MAX_OPEN_ARCHIVES at once, and readFile itself fails above 2 GiB with a message the user can't act on. A CBZ is read entry by entry, from the disk, and has no such limit.
