Function: normalizeDatabaseFileName()

normalizeDatabaseFileName(input): { fileName: string; } | { error: string; }

Turns what the user typed into the file name to store: spaces around it are dropped and .db is added when missing. Returns the name, or the error message (interface language) when it can't be a file name.
